We currently deliver to Renfrewshire, North Ayrshire, and Glasgow. For locations further afield, please contact us directly to discuss availability.

We aim to deliver within five working days. If you need your order sooner, please contact us directly and we will do our best to arrange a suitable delivery date.

We use an all terrain electric pallet truck to deliver both logs and bagged pellets, allowing us to place your order as close to your premises as possible.  We are able to position your products in garages, sheds, and other accessible areas, rather than leaving them at the kerbside. This is possible where access is at least 1.7 metres wide.

Delivery charges start from £10.00.

It is not essential for you to be at home at the time of delivery, provided we have clear instructions on where you would like your order to be left.

For first time customers, we may recommend arranging a convenient delivery time to ensure we can place your order as close as possible to your preferred location.

Important: If you live on an island, delivery charges are handled separately, and you’ll need to give us a call to place your order so we can confirm availability and costs.  Orders placed online without prior contact will need to be refunded to allow us to coordinate properly.
