We aim to deliver within 5 working days however if you require sooner, please contact us directly to arrange a suitable day.

We use all-terrain electric pallet truck to delivery both our logs and bagged pellets which allows us to get your product as close to the premises as possible, we can even go over gravel!

-        Delivery starts at £10.00

Do I need to be in for delivery?

-        As long as we have details of where you would like your delivery to be left it is not necessary for you to be at home for this. However, for first time customers it may be helpful for us to arrange a suitable time that works for all in order to make sure we get your product as close to your desired location as possible.

With our handy pallet truck it means unlike other companies we are able to get your products into your garages and sheds (as long as access is bigger than 1.7metres wide) instead of dropping them kerb side.

Important: If you live on an island, delivery charges are handled separately, and you’ll need to give us a call to place your order so we can confirm availability and costs.  Orders placed online without prior contact will need to be refunded to allow us to coordinate properly.
