- Pallets of wood pellets
- Bags of wood pellets
- All firewood deliveries

As a family run business, maintaining a healthy cash flow is essential. While the majority of our customers pay promptly, we have recently seen an increase in delayed payments, which unfortunately impacts our ability to operate as efficiently as we would like.
Introducing this policy will help us:
- Keep deliveries running smoothly and on schedule.
- Reduce time spent chasing outstanding payments.
- Continue investing in quality products and excellent customer service.
- Ensure we can continue offering a dependable service to all our customers.
What Does This Mean?
From now on, all orders for:
- Pallets of wood pellets
- Bags of wood pellets
- Any firewood delivery
will require either:
Payment before delivery (by card or bank transfer)
or
Cash on delivery (please have the correct amount available where possible).
Our team will be happy to discuss the available payment options when you place your order.
